☯️ Life does not happen to you but life responds to you...

As I absolutely love to teach, Yoga for me has an incredible healing and empowering force in my life.  To be able to share it with others, in the hope that they might find some sense of healing and empowerment too, it is seriously an incredible gift as we all have it...you just have to look or search deeper within.

 

But despite how open, peaceful & loving you attempt to be...people can only meet you as deeply as they have met themselves 🕉

 

This is the clarity of the heart ❤️

 

As we grow older you begin to realise not to sweat on the little things...breathe, relax & just let it go 🌷

 

Things either matter to you or they DON'T!

 

Try not to stress over things you can't control, it will never be perfect as there's no such person who is perfect but you can always make it work, whatever the circumstances maybe...everything is temporary.

 

Have faith & belief...to make all things possible & love unconditionally to make things easier.

Yin Classes

Yin classes consists of a series of long held floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body accesssing deeper layers of fascia.

Vinyasa Flow Classes

These are Yang classes stimulating the muscular tissues to strengthen the body, also open the heart as this practice increases endurance, improves the circulation and oxygen uptake during exercise.

Hatha Classes

Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles.

This style has many structured poses and breath work that help with body and mind purification.
